soy glazed salmon with green tea rice

hello everybody today i am going to present this asian inspired dish . I am going to use honey and dark soy sauce to marinate the fish and then cook it to make the dipping sauce and serve it with green tea  rice which will accompany this dish.

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1 pinch of chilli flakes

1 large garlic clove chopped

2 tablespoon honey

4 tablespoon dark soy sauce

zest and juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoon of brown sugar

2 green tea bags

1 and 1/2 cup of rice

to start add into a container the chilli , garlic, honey and soy sauce , mix well and add the raw salmon fillet.

cover and leave to marinate overnight

open the green tea teabag and pour in a pot of  boiling water , add your rice and cook to your liking

remove the salmon from the marinate and place on a baking tray and cook for around 15 min at 180 degrees celsius

put the salmon marinade in a saucepan add the brown sugar and reduce slowly until it become thicker

drain your rice  add on the plate , add your cooked salmon  and brush some of the sauce on the salmon and add the rest in a dip and serve >
