Mars bar mousse

A few days ago i went shopping  and once in the sweet department i noticed the Mars bar and remembered  hearing about a friend telling me about a mars bar mousse , so i bought 4  and went home decided to give it a try.It is very light and so easy to prepare and a must for all the sweet tooth like me.

Ingredients :

serves 4

4 mars bar

4 egg white

1tablespoon cocoa powder

2 tablespoon cream

1 small gelatine leave

to start dip the gelatine in a bowl of cold water. Place the mars bar into a bowl with the cream and melt in the microwave until its melted and then add the cocoa powder , mix with a blender until smooth consistency and add the gelatine . In the meantime whisk  the egg white with a pinch of salt to a soft peak stage and carefully fold the chocolate mixture in. Serve in small ramequin and chill in the fridge for a few hours .
