Tasty baked potato

This post inst  really a recipe , it is more like a tip to have better baked potato, because it is quite a boring dish but by adding a few herbs it will add a few more flavours and will a great side dish to accompany both meat and fish or on its own , if you like. Just incise the potato , in the crack add a  bit of fresh  thyme and rosemary , a wee piece of butter and some rock salt and pepper.Bake at 180 degrees celsius for around 35-40 min, depend of the size of the potato.
