Spiced pineapple with a rhum ice cream

This idea came after work as a late night treat , we had a busy night in kitchen and when i came back home i wanted something sweet and the only thing i had home was a pineapple and some rhum and raisin ice cream in the freezer , so i tried a combination of both with the addition of spices and it was good , it was quite enjoyable after a hard day at work , and even better  it is cheap and fast to realise . Off course you can use other fruit such as apples and pears.

Bon appetit

Ingredients:

For 2 people

*1/2 pineapple

* 1 teaspoon cinnamon

*2 cardamon seeds

*1 tablespoon brown sugar

*1 tablespoon grated coconut

* 1 small pinch cayenne pepper

*some rhum and raisin ice cream

1.Peel and dice the pineapple,  fry it in a pan with the brown sugar and a small bit of butter if you want .

2.Add all the spices and cook gently for  2-3 minutes and serve with a generous spoon of ice cream.
