Grilled salmon with healthy hollandaise sauce and crunchy vegetables .

To me , grilled fish with a nice hollandaise sauce is a classic , but calorie wise it is a killer . so one morning i was wandering online trying to find a healthy way to replace the butter in a hollandaise sauce and i finally found it , it only takes five ingredients , two minutes and  you got yourself a tasty  hollandaise sauce that you can enjoy without guilt . for the vegetables , i just used a selection of baby carrots and asparagus  that i quickly grilled to keep them crunchy  . there nothing more i can say about this dish is that it is easy , healthy , tasty and it can be be something ate on the go or a highlight of a dinner party for family and friends .
Ingredients:

Serves two:

*2 salmon fillets

*10 baby carrots

*10 asparagus

*1 and 1/2 tbsp cornflour

*1 cup semi skimmed milk

*1tsp butter

* 1 and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

*1 egg yolk

* salt and pepper

1. In a hop griddle pan , grill the fish with a little bit of olive oil  skinside down for 2-3 min  ,  add the vegetables in the pan . Turn the fish  and stir the vegetables .

2. When the fish is nearly ready , remove from the heat and cover with tin foil to keep warm and finish cooking.

3.In a saucepan add the milk and cornflour on low heat and keep whisking until it become thicker
.

4.Slowly add the lemon juice while whisking , then add the butter and the egg yolk last .

5.Mix well and season . Serves staight away.

Bon appetit
