To me , grilled fish with a nice hollandaise sauce is a classic , but calorie wise it is a killer . so one morning i was wandering online trying to find a healthy way to replace the butter in a hollandaise sauce and i finally found it , it only takes five ingredients , two minutes and you got yourself a tasty hollandaise sauce that you can enjoy without guilt . for the vegetables , i just used a selection of baby carrots and asparagus that i quickly grilled to keep them crunchy . there nothing more i can say about this dish is that it is easy , healthy , tasty and it can be be something ate on the go or a highlight of a dinner party for family and friends .
