Warm goat cheese wrapped in smoked ham

This is another  summer starter with   only a few ingredients but a lot of flavors. For start everything that is wrapped in smoked is always good, from cheese to asparagus to fish….. but especially for this recipe the flavors are strong , you have the smoky salty ham, the creamy rich goat cheese and the light and peppery rocket , all drizzled with sweet balsamic reduction and olive oil and all for under 8 bucks. as you can see the picture i sandwiched the cheese in bread and then in ham , it is made this way so the cheese doesn’t run through and you end up with crispy ham and goat cheese skin. In my fridge i had some Serrano ham so it is what i used to wrap the cheese but you can use  prosciutto , Bayonne ham or any other smoked ham.
