Guacamole

Today i had to treat myself before a busy week end at work and since my fiancee is working and i am home alone i thought i could order a pay per view ufc fight , grab a beer from the fridge  and mix a small batch of guacamole to dip some flat bread.  Last time i had guacamole i bought it in a store and i didn’t liked it , it was too salty and you can only taste  the acidity of lemon. Since i had all the ingredients in the fridge it was an easier and cheaper option . the recipe is a little bit spicy but you can change the amount of chilli to your liking.

GuacamoleIngredients:

Serves 4 people:

*2 ripe avocados

*2 tomatoes

*1 bird eye chilli

*1 very small garlic clove

*the juice of half a lime

*a small bunch of coriander

1.Cut the the avocados in half , collect the flesh with a spoon and put in a food processor .

2.Cut the tomatoes in 4 remove the seeds but instead of throwing them away , add them to the avocado and cut the tomato quarters in small cubes.

3.Add the remaining ingredients with salt and pepper in the food processor until you get a smooth consistency.

4.Dispose the mixture in a bowl , add the tomato cubes , mix and serve with flat bread , nachos or even grilled meat and fish.
