It is my first post in the last few weeks and i am glad to be back , i missed blogging. Work was too busy and my fiancee and i went away for a few days and the house got a massive spring cleaning ( a bit late) . For this post i cooked a dish that i love because it is so tasty and healthy as me and some friends are on a healthy diet but is is so hard as we have to cook dinner at home at 10h30-11h at night after a busy shift and takeaway food was the easiest option but i am trying to cook small quick dishes after work and it seem to work . For the soup i used leftover shredded beef but use any other meat such as chicken or prawns will do fine.
*2 cup of shredded beef
*8 oz of medium egg noodles
*1 pint of chicken stock
*1 cup of bamboo shoot
*1 cup of sugar snap peas
*1/4 tsp of chilli flake
*1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
*1 crushed garlic clove
1.In a pot heat the stock with the soy sauce, chilli flake and crushed garlic .
2.Add the beef and bamboo shoot and cook for 5 minutes.
3.Add the noodles and sugar snap peas, and serve once the noodles are cooked.
