Mini banana loaf

Earlier this year i posted a recipe for banana bread but i still wanted to share another recipe . This time i baked mini loaves and i added some maple syrup on the raw banana bread just before baking so that while cooking the bread will soak he warm syrup , a real delicacy.

Makes 4 mini loaves:

*2 ripe bananas

*3/4 cup of sugar

*1/2 cup of butter at room temperature

*2 eggs

*1/3 cup of milk

*2 cups of plain flour

*1 tbsp of baking soda

* 1 tsp of salt

*2 tbsp of maple syrup( optional)

 

1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. In a mixing bowl , cream the butter and sugar with a hand mixer, add the bananas ( peeled), the milk and the eggs one by one.

2. Add to the mix salt , baking soda and gradually add the flour .

3.Pour into 4 individual greased tin . Drizzle with the maple syrup and bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius .

4. Place on a cooling rack for 10 minutesĀ  before removing from the tin.
