M&M’s cookies

I recently baked this cookies for my fiancee as she loves M&M’s cookies herself and unfortunately the subway restaurant in town and we cannot find any decent cookies in town . I totally dislike hard and dry cookies , for me they have to be soft and chewy  and served with a cold glass of milk. To realise this recipe i just used a chocolate chip cookies recipe and swapped the chocolate chips by M&M’s . And since i finally found in Ireland Reese’s pieces in store so  i will use them for my next batch of cookies .

M&M's cookiesIngredients:

Make 8 cookies:

*125 grs of plain flour

*85 grs of unsalted butter

*110 grs of brown sugar

*50 grs of white sugar

*1 egg

*2 tsp of vanilla essence

*1tsp of baking soda

*150 grs of  M&M’s

*1 pinch of salt

1.Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius>

2.In a bowl cream the egg and both brown and white sugar together then add the egg and vanilla essence and beat until light and creamy.

3.Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt then add to the dough mix,  mix then fold in the M&M’s .

4. As the cookies will be large , separate the dough in 8 balls and dispose 4 on 2 trays lined with greaseproof paper .

5.Bake 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Cool at least 20 minutes before serving.

Bon appetit.
