This is one of the dessert that i made for a dinner with the in-laws. I tried to pick product product that everybody liked and i heard that my father in law love walnut whip so i decided to use it as a mousse and it was really good . If you can’t get a hold of walnut whip , you can use kinder chocolate instead , around 5 kinder eggs will do or even a mars bar , bounty , snickers …. this recipe can be used as a base to many dessert.
*3 walnut whip
*50 ml of milk
*3 egg whites
1.In a small saucepan gently heat the milk with the milk until the chocolate is fully melted .
2.With a hand blender or in a food processor mix the chocolate until smooth and chill in the fridge.
3.With an electric whisk, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
4.Once chilled fold in the chocolate with the egg whites using a wooden spoon and then pour into small dishes using a spoon or a piping bag.
5.You can decorate with some chocolate shavings.
