Peanut butter biscuit

These soft little biscuit are dunked in a glass of milk in under 30 minutes . Alternatively chocolate chips can be added to the recipe  for more sexiness .

Peanut butter biscuitIngredients:

*125 grs of unsalted butter

*150 grs of light muscovado sugar

*185 grs of peanut butter

*200  grs of plain flour

*1 egg

* 2 tsp and 1/4 tsp  of baking powder

1.Beat the butter and the sugar until creamy , add the beaten egg  and the peanut butter , then finally add the dry ingredients.

2.Roll out the dough and cut into shape  using a cookie cutter. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper

3.Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven.
