St Patrick’s day was a few days away , and I’m sure thousand of liters has been drunk around the continent and especially in Ireland. But surprisingly we don’t find much Guinness flavored food around here , some bistro might offer sometimes a Guinness stew but it is really rare in donegal. This bread recipe is basically a wheaten bread recipe enriched with golden syrup and Guinness. I enjoyed it with mature cheddar cheese or buttered with a cup of coffee.
