Dublin bay prawns in a garlic , chilli , lemon and parsley butter

A local shop started to sell this amazing prawns and i had to get a hold of a few .  Personally for prawns , the easier , the better  and it showed with this dish . Realized in minutes this tasty starter is best enjoyed  with a piece of fresh bread that you can dip in the pan’s juices afterwards.  If you  do not like seafood you can swap the prawns by chicken wings ( i actually have to try this one ). I always have a bag of prawns  in the freezer so i can realize a quick batch of those  after work or when having unexpected guests .
