Pork fillet in a blue cheese and walnut sauce

This recipe is something that i used to cook in one of my  training experience  in chef school and i do not really remember how we use to serve this dish but i still remember the flavors and it was a delicious way to serve pork fillet as a starter .I served mine with ciabatta bread just to give some texture to the dish and the bread will soak up all the creamy sauce .  This dish will be ready in a few minutes but unfortunately isn’t really diet friendly but still is sexy.

  1. Blue cheese and toasted walnuts go together well – I recently made a venison, caramelised onion, blue cheese and toasted walnut pizza – and it was wonderful. 🙂
