This recipe is something that i used to cook in one of my training experience in chef school and i do not really remember how we use to serve this dish but i still remember the flavors and it was a delicious way to serve pork fillet as a starter .I served mine with ciabatta bread just to give some texture to the dish and the bread will soak up all the creamy sauce . This dish will be ready in a few minutes but unfortunately isn’t really diet friendly but still is sexy.
*1 pork fillet ( trimmed)
*1 cup of single cream
*1/3 cup of walnuts
*1/2 cup of dolce Gorgonzola
1.Slice the pork fillet and sear in a hot frying pan with olive oil.
2.Once cooked remove from the pan and add the walnuts , cook for a minutes before adding the cheese and cream .
3.Reduce until thick then add the meat to the sauce .
4.Season with salt and pepper , serve on toasted bread.
