This cold soup is a prefect dish for lunch during a hot day . It can be made in advance and kept in the fridge . Fresh chillies can be added for an extra kick . Lemon juice is essential as it will stop the avocado from going brown but do not worry as you will barely taste it in case you do not like lemon.
*1 cup of milk
*1 tsp of hot sauce such as sriracha
*1 tsp of fish sauce
*1 tsp of lemon juice
1.Place all the ingredients in a food processor , blend .
2.season with salt and pepper to taste and add some water if the consistency a too thick.
