A few years back , Jamie Oliver’s chef team from his “FIFTEEN” restaurant came to the hotel where in work to cook a five course meal for a charity event and luckily i got the brownie’s recipe from their pastry chef and it was amazing , after finding the recipe in an old recipe book i decided to give it a go myself and the result was as good as the original one . The brownie was so moist and didn’t require any ice cream as it was so delicious . Unfortunately the 9 portion didn’t last long enough.
