Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake

This recipe  is made for chocolate lovers. Every christmas i get some many boxes of chocolate from family,friends and co-workers that i end up giving some away . This year i decided to make a great use out of my favorite naughty  treat : FERRERO ROCHER.  I had two boxes at home and since i already ate a box , i used the second one for this desserts . If you want you can replace the ferrero rocher with other chocolates such as Rafaello


Serves 10-12:

*150 grs of unsalted butter

*360 grs of digestives biscuit

*600 grs of cream cheese

*80 grs of icing sugar

*1 tsp of vanilla bean paste

*12 ferrero rocher plus more for decorating

*2 tbsp of nutella


  1. Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter . Press the crumbs in a lined 20 cm spring form tin, spreading the mixture in an even layer then refrigerate.
  2. In a bowl , using a hand mixer mix all the remaining ingredients together and pour the mixture on the chilled crust.
  3. Let the cheesecake set in the fridge overnight before serving.
  4. I decorated mine with melted chocolate and more ferrero rocher  but this is optional
