1. I hate wasting food.

6.  Most memorable kitchen disaster? When I was 14  I work as a trainee in a steakhouse , and was prepping crème caramel . Unfortunately I had no safety shoes , carried a whole tray of crème caramel , slipped and threw the whole tray  behind me against the wall

7.  Favorite childhood food? My mother ‘s pastachoute ( a bolognaise with corned beef instead of minced beef)
